Flare started with the referring physician's experience and built backward into the health system's operations. What does the sending physician actually want? The right specialist, timely scheduling, and word back. What does the health system want? To be the place that physician chooses, every time. Those turn out to be the same problem.
Today Flare is in production at some of the country's leading health systems, reading their referral faxes, carrying their referrals, and closing their loops. The long view hasn't changed since day one: making the right specialist discoverable for every patient, everywhere.

Who we are
Flare is built by physicians, product designers, and researchers who have worked the referral problem from both sides: sending patients and receiving them. We build alongside the access teams, liaisons, and physicians who use it every day.
