Product Growth Lead

Flare Health has launched a new product that builds on our work with large hospital systems to engage more directly with physicians. This is crucial to our mission to build the referral ecosystem of the future, in which patients get the right care sooner and physicians work together seamlessly across settings for the good of their patients.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial growth product manager to lead this effort. You are eager to get out of the building, to experiment and iterate, and to inspire clinicians to join forces to heal a breaking healthcare system.

The way forward is complex. It’s layered. It’s full of fascinating potholes. We are looking for someone who will meet this challenge with persistence. Someone who collaborates and learns from others, who pushes for clarity and delivers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product team’s growth efforts to describe and validate user segments and behavior.

  • Design and iterate with the team on nailing our “Aha!” moment, user onboarding flows, and engagement loops specific to clinician workflows.

  • Devise and run experiments to validate hypotheses. In the process, build out Flare’s growth experimentation process and platform.

  • Analyze product analytics to monitor conversion and churn and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Identify user segments we can acquire efficiently and have strong affinity for our product value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ combined product and growth marketing experience delivering successful user acquisition and engagement strategies. Focus on a professional user base is a bonus.

  • Strong quantitative analytical ability, know how to pull the data you need and extract an insightful story without help.

  • Strong desire to have autonomy and drive results.

  • User research strategy or strategy consulting experience preferred.
