Client Success Manager

You are comfortable introducing yourself to new people and quickly develop rapport.
You are patient with others, friendly, and committed to customer service.
You communicate clearly and intently with others by phone, Zoom, and email.
You can plan and tackle larger projects with persistence and attention to detail.
You demonstrate grit, hustle, a desire to get things done, and strong comfort with a lean startup environment where everyone contributes across all teams.
This role requires a few years of relevant work experience, involving most or all of the following:
Success with cold outreach
Helping others troubleshoot technology, especially web and mobile apps
Working with physicians and medical practices
A typical day might go something like this:
Responding to a variety of support requests that originate from users of Flare Health’s platform. These users are typically medical office staff or physicians. You will make decisions regarding how to resolve issues and communicate with end users effectively, efficiently, and professionally, both via email and on the phone.
Communicating issues or patterns of failure to our development team and following through to determine that these issues are resolved.
Proactively reaching out to users who are falling behind in their use of Flare Health products. Compassion and powers of persuasion are useful in these situations.
Introducing new users to Flare Health applications and running training sessions for individuals or groups of users.
