Account Executive
Remote | Full-time
Flare Health is looking for an Account Executive to help us bring AI-powered healthcare technology to hospital systems across the country. As part of a small, fast-moving sales team, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—and have a direct hand in shaping how we go to market. This role comes with significant room to grow: as we scale, you’ll help build out the sales organization and step into a leadership role.
What you will do
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and proposals—partnering closely with the CEO on negotiation and contract execution
Build and manage your own pipeline—this is a small team, so you’ll be sourcing and qualifying your own opportunities alongside closing deals
Develop a deep understanding of our AI-powered solution and articulate its value to stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive roles within hospital systems
Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s unique needs and pain points, with CEO support for larger group and C-suite presentations
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large healthcare organizations
Consistently meet or exceed targets across the full pipeline—including prospecting activity, qualified opportunities, pipeline progression, and closed revenue—aligned to a 9–12 month sales cycle
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure we’re building and delivering what the market needs
Provide accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene to support data-driven decision-making
Help define and refine our sales playbook, processes, and go-to-market strategy as we grow
Play a key role in hiring and mentoring future sales team members as the organization scales

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with at least one of the following: selling into hospital systems or large healthcare organizations, or selling AI/technology products to enterprise buyers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales with multiple decision-makers
Demonstrated record of success tackling difficult problems and overcoming adversity
Comfort building pipeline from scratch—you’re as effective prospecting as you are closing
Comfort with CRM tools and a data-informed approach to pipeline management
Nice to have
Experience with both hospital system sales and AI/technology products
Familiarity with healthcare IT workflows or interoperability standards
Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
Experience helping build or scale a sales team
