Sales Development Representative

Becoming a Sales Development Representative is the first step toward a rewarding career in software startup sales. What you will do:

  • Follow our process to research accounts, identify key contacts and interact with prospects by email and phone
  • Qualify prospects’ need and readiness to evaluate our solution
  • Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our account executives
  • Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
